Let’s take a quick look at what’s the actual problem with fat burning and fitness training nowadays and in general:
“Eat less, train more”
Sounds about right, but this might be just a leeetle simplistic eh? And theproblem with this approach is basically this: It doesn’t work !;-)
It doesn’t have to be super-complicated, but it also isn’t as simple as all that.
The right way vs the wrong way… It’s true, most use the totally wrong approach, trust me on this !;-) “Trust me, I’m not a Lawyer!”
What people get sold as fitness and fat burning training today is really mostly just the same old same old stuff of yesterday: main-stream fitness and bodybuilding industry-hype, repackaged to look new and exciting.
“Hey, check out ma Six-Pack!” “Whaddaya mean, the one-and-a-half pack, or… ?” Sound familiar?
Most so-called fat burning training is inadequate and inappropriate for the occasion: folks are told to do some marathon-running, slow steady state cardio-stuff, aerobic work… you heard it before.Not effective.
Even when things move into the right direction, as in HIIT(high intensity interval training) most are plain missing the big picture.
Folks are supposed to KILL themselves, Torture themselves, AND starve themselves nearly into oblivion?!
Dunno about you, but that doesn’t sound exactly like my Idea of a Fun-Time?
Small wonder people don’t pull this kinda thing through, and I can tell you this: Even the toughest spartan-warrior wouldn’t: not for the long-haul.
Fortunately this is all not only totally unnecessary to get in tip-top shape, it’s even counter-productive, just a lotta nonsense really.
Pheew! Now THERE’s the good news, eh?
So what am I saying: you can get into Super-Shape without killing yourself over it, even having a good time in the process, can it be true?!
That’s right !;-)
Train hard? Sure, but most of all you wanna train smart!That’s maybe nowhere as important as in Fat Burning Fitness Training…
Ok, let’s draw back for a good bit and look at that Big Fitness Picture:
Say you do just the right fat burning training, but at the wrong time… doesn’t work.
Or in the wrong “state”, under the wrong circumstances:Not.All you do is ramp up your heart-rate; that’s not bad, but it’s not gonna burn fat for ya !;-)
And it gets worse:
It can be hard enough to find the time and motivation to actually “go out there and do it”.
But guess what? You have the wrong info, consequently you do the wrong things, and nothing happens!
Nothing, outside of you busting your bee-hind for no results at all whatsoever!
Small wonder folks then pack it up and quit…
No, IF you’re gonna invest your time, effort, hopes and dreams, you had better make it count! It takes work alright, so you better be sure to make the very most of it, eh?
MAKE IT PAY!!

So why is fat burning difficult for most?
Wrong info, misleading fluff, a half-ass approach are some of the reasons.

Only the right stuff, in the right amounts, under the right conditions, AT THE RIGHT TIME, will give you the right results !
