It‘s major-purpose is not so much growth, even though it does that, too.

No, the main job of this awesome substance is to preserve muscle, repair/regenerate tissues… and to burn fat !;-)

HOW COOL IS THAT?

There‘s basically two ways to increase plasma HGH-Levels
(Growth Hormone circulating in the blood)

1.To inject it

and

2.To increase your body‘s own production.

Number 1:

Injecting growth hormone: You need a prescription from the doctor, it is expensive and has some quite serious potential side-effects. So that method is rather questionable…

Number 2:

Fortunately, you can increase levels of this hormone naturally, and to quite an extreme extend!

This is done via several different means:

Training

Training in general, especially twice a day, tends to increase Growth Hormone-Levels.

The most effective training for this purpose by far is Lactic Acid Training: HGH sky-rockets from this !;-)

That‘s the reason why we use L.A.-Trainig as Fat Burning Training(near)exclusively: Because nothing burns fat like HGH !;-)

Fasting

HGH‘s main-job is to preserve muscle mass and make body fat available for energy… read: Fat Burning !;-)

Enter Fasting: No nutrients coming in, so the body goes on preservation mode: muscle needs to be preserved = HGH. There‘s no food-energy available, so the body makes available the energy it saved up in the body fat-stores for just that purpose = HGH.

So you get the best of both worlds: Fat Burning and the rejuvenating effects of Growth Hormone, all in one go !;-)

Doesn‘t get much better than that, eh?

Also fasting gives your whole system a much needed rest and it really helps general detoxification of the body.

No wonder fasting is, and has been since 1000‘s of years, real popular!

Supps

Supplementation can do a great deal to increase HGH-Levels. Especially
L-Glutamine, L-Arginine and Glycene are extremely effective to that end. Add BCAA‘s into the blend and Presto! HGH through the roof !;-)

Some Quick Guidelines:

Glutamine: 2.5 – 5 gram in the AM and PM both, om empty stomach. At those same times use L-Arginine at amounts of in between 10-30 gram! That‘s a lot, but that‘s what it takes. Glycene: 5 gram in the mornings with the other aminos. Beware the Laxative effect! You might wanna start slowly on this…

BCAA‘s: Same time, same place, in between 5-10 gram at a time. One approach is to cycle these with the Arginine, so say 4 weeks of arginine alternated with 4 weeks of BCAA‘s.
