“Training-Music, Yes or No?”
Whilst some prefer to train without music, it would be my best guess that most actually like it.
I personally love „The Offspring“ for my Lifting, even or especially for running and sprinting on the beach, just in front of my door. (before you get jealous; it‘s a North-Atlantic Beach, south coast of Iceland to be exact. But it still is very beautiful and awesomely invigorating! Talk about fresh air !;-)
Some say things like: „there‘s no scientific evidence that music improves training-results, yadayada… Can you believe this?
I mean, what do I care?!
I know it makes me feel great and it gives my motivation a great big kick in the backside… that‘s good enough for me !;-)
My motivation is generally excellent anyways, but Hey! If something, like real cool music with a good drive, increases it further, so much the better.
One „caveat“:If you‘re running a gym, it‘s recommendable to not have public access to the sound-system: that sort of thing can easily lead to arguments!
Ok, that‘s „All I Want“, I‘m off to the weights-room!;-)
