Sports Supplements every athlete should use regularly, regardless of sport:
• Magnesium:
Any form outside of Magnesium Oxide, which is poorly utilized.
Try in between 1-2 gram later in the day. Vitamin B6 helps absorption.
• Zinc:
15mg+; 2-3 x per day.
• Glutamine: THE Recovery Amino-Acid.
Sports-Practice, Games/Competition: 10-20gram just before and/or after.
Increased HGH-Production: Take 2.5-5gram in the mornings and at nights, on an empty stomach.
• Omega-3:
Take from 5 up to 15gram; 3x per day.
Note: NOT the same as Cod Liver Oil, 10gram max of that/day.
• Vitamin D3: 5-10.000 IU per day+
Additionally consider a good Iodine supplement like Lugol’s and/or Kelp tablets, and Oil of Rosemary: 2 drops under the tongue.
