One of my mentors is an expert in Strength for Hockey, he has coched and rehabbed many Top-NHL Pros like Gary Roberts, Al MacInnis, Chris Pronger…..  the list goes on.

3.Handball:

Since Olympic Silver-Medallist Logi Geirsson became one of my Top-Athletes, I have coached many Elit-Level Players in this exciting Sport.
